Starting the school year at Norwood High School can be very busy with classes and activities. The most important thing, especially in school, is keeping your health in check. Students should make smart choices about what they are eating, including eating plenty of fruits and drinking lots of water, so it can help them focus on learning.
Students think staying healthy means more than avoiding sickness; it’s actually more about making sure your body and mind are in good shape to do things or learn. In school, we have many things, like the school gym for students’ physical activity or just moving around. Then we have school lunch, where they can get good nutrition to help their body and get through the school day perfectly fine. The school nurse can also help students; they can give advice on what they can do, how it can help them, and how often they should exercise and what they should be eating. Students at Norwood High School play sports, which also helps their bodies because it’s helpful for them. Many students at Norwood High School really have the tools to build habits that can support their overall well-being and academic success.
