What are your goals for the upcoming season?

My goals for the upcoming season are to make a deep playoff run and to definitely beat Medfield this year and hopefully make it to the state finals.

What would you say to get more fans in the stands?

I would encourage people to come just to support their friends and the seniors and the whole program. I would just encourage school spirit and the games are actually really fun to watch. When more people are there it’s more fun being there and it’s also a lot more fun and motivating for the players.

How do you plan to motivate the team?

I plan to motivate the team by encouraging everyone to communicate and make sure we have a good bond with each other because I think that’s a big part in having team chemistry and winning games.

What is the best piece of coaching advice one of the Norwood coaches has given you?

Probably to communicate with your teams at all times on the court.
