Alani Nu has been a company on the rise lately. This fitness company has a wide range of nutrition products, including pre-workout, protein shakes, protein bars, gummies, and different kinds of vitamins; however, Alani is most commonly known for its delicious energy drinks.
With Alani becoming a more popular energy drink, people are starting to wonder, “What truly is the best Alani flavor?” There are so many to choose from, and so many different kinds of flavors. They truly have a flavor for everyone. In order to settle the debate, I ranked some of my favorite and least favorite Alani flavors.
The Best

Cherry Slush: 10/10 The best of the best. You truly cannot go wrong with this one. It is exactly what it says it is, a cherry slush in a can. The perfect cherry flavor never fails. This one is definitely a fan favorite everywhere. When people think of Alani, they most likely think of cherry slush. I honestly have nothing else to say except for the fact that it’s perfect.

Blue Slush: 10/10 This one is just as perfect as cherry slush. Again, it is exactly what it says it is, a blue slush in a can. My only issue with this one is that it is impossible to find in stores. The flavor is a perfect classic blue raspberry. This is my favorite everyday Alani.

Strawberry Sunrise: 9.5/10 This drink is perfect. The strawberry and orange blend was a fantastic choice. My only complaint is that it is also hard to find in stores. Besides that, the strawberry sunrise is definitely in my top three.

Orange Kiss: 9.5/10 I feel like this is a very underrated flavor that deserves to be recognized more. The orange flavor is absolutely amazing and tastes like an orange soda. I wish this one was more popular because honestly it is one of my all time favorites. This is the perfect summer flavor for a day at the beach.
The Worst

Cherry Twist: 3/10 A knock off to their Cherry Slush but with an awful lime plot twist. Many people like this one but I just don’t. I’ll admit, Cherry Twist definitely has the prettiest can but it’s one of the ugliest flavors. The cherry was great but the lime made it terrible. I’m not sure if they were going for a raspberry lime rickey situation but if they were they failed.

Pink Slush: 3/10 A unicorn in a can. Alani claims there’s no sugar in their drinks but I could taste the heart attack a mile away. I have a feeling a LOT of people will disagree with this one but I will stand by this decision for the rest of my life. The flavor is straight strawberry overload but with an extra 30 pounds of sugar. I would only drink this flavor if it was the last one on the shelf.

Hawaiian Shaved Ice: 0/10 This one claims to have hints of “sweet strawberries and juicy watermelon” but honestly it was all coconut. Is it Hawaiian Shaved Ice or just straight coconut water? Gross. After the carbonation was gone it just got worse. Nuclear even. I genuinely felt offended by the amount of coconut in the singular can. Others may disagree with me but overall I just felt it had way too much of a coconut flavor.

Winter Wonderland: -10/10 One word. DIABOLICAL. It was awful. I almost sued Alani right then and there. Who came up with this and why?! Who decided to put peppermint in an energy drink? Peppermint and coconut do NOT mix. It was the pineapple pizza of energy drinks. Honestly, this drink did not get me in the Christmas spirit. It was truly the worst of them all.
